FYidoctors Merges Five Practices Into a Unique Ontario Flagship Location
FYidoctors has merged five local practices into a new “state of the art” 5,400 square foot flagship in Sarnia, Ontario. The practices of Dr. Anthony Moscone, Dr. Elizabeth Stratton, Dr. Lynne Jubenville, Dr. Mary Dawes, Dr. Don Waters, Dr. Kevin Rath, and Tim Fletcher of Distinctive Eyewear, will now operate in a new branded location, FYidoctors – Sarnia. The location will be equipped with a range of current diagnostic technology and a wide selection of designer, boutique and exclusive label frames.
As expected with FYidoctors flagship locations, the office will also offer detailed pre-testing, comprehensive eye exams, a menu of current lens technology and custom fittings with our electronic measurement devices.
“There is a lot of talk of consolidation in the industry of late. I believe that ‘local’ consolidations of traditional clinics, like the one in Sarnia, are a great opportunity for the future of optometry,” says Dr. Alan Ulsifer, CEO and President of FYidoctors. “They allow for a significant investment in technology and competitive scale that will enable doctors to continue to thrive in an increasingly complex marketplace. We have done several such local consolidations and they provide excitement for the doctors, staff and communities in which they are created.”
“We are thrilled to have merged our five individual clinics into this large, state of the art eye care facility,” adds Dr. Anthony Moscone. “In addition to having access to this area’s largest selection of eyewear, citizens of Sarnia and surrounding area will now be able to visit their favourite optometrist and benefit from the latest in diagnostic eye care technology for earlier detection of eye diseases such as glaucoma and macular degeneration.”
