As a 2023 certified Great Place to Work® company, our organization was automatically eligible to be considered for the Best Workplaces™ list. A division of the Best Workplaces list is the Trust Index, which is when team members respond to the Trust Index statements in the survey related to leadership effectiveness and confidence in the executive team. Great news, FYihealth group made the Most Trusted Executive Team list based on our team member responses!
The Best Workplaces with Most Trusted Executive Teams list focus on executive teams who have excelled in their management abilities. It also emphasizes their talent for building effective relationships and confidence among their team members. It’s important to note that the list highlights the value of leadership across different organization sizes and various industries (not just the optical sector).
